  1. Did I just read that Shore Dr Phase 4 to be completed 2026! You gotta be kidding. If it was called the B Thompson Parkway bet we could get it done 2 years. As usual all Va Bch projects that are not Oceanfront pet projects are pushed way down the road. It would be nice if the Bayfront area got some representation on the city council but there’s another story.
