  1. The WQIA Form-0033 is not accurate. It does not mention amount of area requiring fill and the topography description identified is NOT the correct selection, number one is the proper selection. Most of the land in this area will be reclaimed, filled, to create a buildable site. The parking lot and structure presents an impenetrable surface covering 90% of the drained area. This plan will create a significant change in drainable area and percolation fields. What is the mitigation plan for the displaced drainage area as this is a wetland by any definition?
